For employers

• Post real jobs with honest wage ranges. Bait-and-switch postings get removed.
• Communicate with candidates only through the AllPath relay. Never ask a minor for their phone number, email, or social handles.
• Video content should show real work and real people at your shop.
• Treat every candidate — qualified or not — with respect. They talk to each other.

For students

• Claim only credentials you actually hold — employers verify.
• Express interest when you mean it; employers plan around responses.
• If any interaction feels off, use the "Report this employer" link. A human reviews every report, fast.

Zero tolerance

Soliciting off-platform contact with minors, harassment, discrimination in hiring, and fraudulent postings result in immediate removal — and where the law is implicated, we report.
